Do I need to do the Diagnostic before the Sprint?

Yes. The Diagnostic is the prerequisite for everything else. It produces the pipeline map that the Sprint runs on. Without it, there’s no foundation to build from — and no way to know which implementation path fits your situation.

How much time does the Diagnostic take?

One 60–90 minute live working session. Before we meet, you’ll spend 20–30 minutes pulling together your network list — clients, COIs, plan sponsor contacts, old leads. That’s it. You leave the session with a mapped pipeline and a 30-day calendar.

What if I do the Diagnostic and decide the Sprint isn’t for me?

That’s a legitimate outcome. The Diagnostic is a standalone deliverable — a mapped pipeline, prioritized targets, and a 30-day execution plan. Plenty of advisors take it and run it themselves. The Sprint is for those who want the full execution layer installed with ongoing support. You’ll know which one fits after the session.

What if I decide I want help implementing the plan?

If you decide you would like help implementing the Diagnostic, you’ll have a $750 credit towards the cost of the Sprint. The Sprint is designed for those who want full implementation support. You’ll be able to determine which path suits you best after the session.

Who is this NOT for?

We want you to be successful. If you’re just getting started as an advisor, you usually need revenue now. 401(k) growth can be fast revenue if you already have an established network, but it’s not fast if you’re still building your network. This works best if you’re already established, have a book and a network, and want a repeatable way to turn existing relationships into plan opportunities.

How quickly can I get the Diagnostic scheduled?

Capacity is capped at 5 Diagnostic sessions per month to keep delivery fast. Once you purchase, you’ll get a scheduling link. Most advisors are booked within 5–7 business days.

Is there a refund policy?

If you purchase and decide within 24 hours it’s not a fit — before the session — email for a full refund. No questions. After the session is completed, no refunds are issued. The work is done.
